Case 7 HPI

A 65 yr old woman is referred to you for evaluation of 65 pound weight loss. She underwent a partial gastrectomy with Billroth II gastrojejunostomy for a non healing antral ulcer one year ago .

Her post operative course was complicated by a duodenal stump blowout and gastro-duodenal artery pseudo aneurysm requiring re-operation .

After the surgery she has experienced nausea, sweating, palpitations and dizziness after every meal.

She also on average five Bristol Type 6or 7 stools/ day, which usually occur right after meals.
