Case 5 physical exam

VITAL SIGNS


BP:  120/ 70, HR: 84, RR; 20, O2 sat 100%, weight: 144lbs , Height: 5’5  ” BMI 24

General Appearance: well appearing  woman, in no acute distress,

HEENT: mild conjunctival pallor, no scleral icterus, moist mucous membranes,    clear   oropharynx
   
 Cardiovascular: No JVD, regular rhythm, no rubs/murmurs/gallops

 Respiratory: decreased breath sounds  with rales at the right lung base

Abdominal: soft scaphoid abdomen, well healed laparoscopy scars, normal bowel sounds. No ascites, hernias or organomegaly appreciated

Extremities: warm and well perfused extremities, without edema

Neurologic: no focal deficits noted
